S. Kamberg & Company was founded by Stephen Kamberg in 1965 and has expanded over the past 43 years to become one of the leading ingredient brokers in the Northeast. We concentrate our efforts by working with National Account Directors in the Baking Industry, Wholesale Bakers, Bakery Supply Distributors, Ethnic Distributors, Re-Packers, Confectionery, Candy, and Ice Cream Vendors, Distributors, and Food Processors.
Stephen Kamberg, President, was the primary mover in the company’s success. Today the company is located centrally within its area of responsibility, in Roslyn, Long Island. The Company has been associated in the industry over the past 43 years with the National Food Brokers Association, the National Association of Flour Distributors, as well as being a member of the Institute of Food & Technology.
